The NEWTOP-118S+ZY high speed intelligent paper cup machine is using tabletop layout, which isolates the forming parts and transmission parts. All transmission parts are installed in the main frame under the table, using longitudinal shaft, barrel indexing cam and gear transmission. The forming parts are installed on the table, easy to access for cleaning and maintenance. Machine. is controlled by PLC, the whole process is monitored by photoelectric sensors, feeding by servo. Visual inspection system is an option to get rid of disqualfied cups. The NEWTOP-118S+ZY is for 5-16ozcold/hot cups.
Mechanical Quality Guarantee
1. Mechanical parts are guaranteed for 3 years, electrical parts and vulnerable parts are guaranteed for 1 year.
2. All parts on forming table are easy to access for maintenance.
3. All parts under forming table are lubricated by oil bath. Oil should be changed every 4-6 months with specified oil.
Production Efficiency
1. Production output up to 81,600 cups per shift (8 hours), up to 6.2 million cups per month (3 shifts).
2. Percentage of pass is higher than 99% under normal production.
3. One operator can handle several machines at the same time.
